Sherri and Barry Byrne have been the rhythm section behind a few past and present LaCrosse, Wisconsin area bands over the last 18 years. With Sherri on stand up bass and Barry on guitar and piano, they have spent the last 8 years playing together in Pigtown Fling String Band. They were the founding members of Amadans, an Irish Pub Rock band that also continues to play in the area. Having the time to learn a new variety of music, with songs spanning across the decades and genres, they now play in a two-piece husband and wife act, Sherri & Barry. The duo performs everything from early ragtime, bluegrass, rock, and blues through music of the 50s, 60s, 70s, and beyond!
