Join us for featured music by Chellanie Grunwald & Tisha Mae on Friday, June 16!
Chellanie and Tisha Mae are two local musicians with different backgrounds come together to share their love of music through cover songs, originals, and unique harmonies.
Chellanie: This Wisconsin native moved to Nashville in 2004 to follow her dream of being a country singer. Although there were some tough times running up & down music row, Chellanie never quit. Although, she did learn quickly that if she wanted to be taken seriously as an artist, songwriting better be part of the package. She soon was writing and co-writing all over town and in turn other writers and singers were taking notice of this powerful songstress with the bluesy country twang. Chellanie is one you better keep an eye on. Her solo record was released in 2016 and is getting rave reviews. She has a duo called Pontiac Alley that she works with in Nashville as well but recently moved back to the Midwest. She is just getting back into the driftless music scene and is excited to share her love for music with everyone back home.
Tisha Mae: Tisha Mae, a native of Prairie du Chien, grew up learning and loving music from the age of 7. Tisha went to college in Arizona where she studied music performance, specializing in marimba. As Tisha has grown, she has picked up other instruments such as the ukulele, and is known to play and sing for her patients in hospice care. She enjoys playing music with others and supporting her daughters in their own musical endeavors, creating their own band called “The Earle Girls”.
